Opportunities for full-time, 40 hours per week
Position Summary
Working under the direction of the Director of Nursing, you'll provide clinical leadership and operational support to ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and patient-centered care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising daily nursing operations and supporting the delivery of quality patient care
- Providing leadership, training, and guidance to nursing staff while promoting compliance with policies and standards
- Aiding with staffing, scheduling, recruitment, and performance management activities
- Serving as a resource for nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams
- Coordinating patient care services and providing direct patient care and administrative support as needed to ensure operational excellence
Qualifications
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing; Associate's Degree required, Bachelor's Degree preferred
Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in state of practice
Current CPR certification
Two to three years of clinical experience; supervisory experience preferred
