Charge Registered Nurse - Stepdown / Critical Care

We are seeking a Nursing Supervisor to lead and coordinate unit staffing, ensuring delivery of high-quality patient care and clinical objectives. Responsibilities Include Assigning, directing, educating, and monitoring nursing/support staff during shiftsAssessing patient care needs and developing appropriate care assignmentsCollaborating with advanced practice providers to achieve quality outcomesEvaluating patient care effectiveness and addressing issues impacting outcomesResponding to patient care complaints and managing resolutionsContributing to staffing, training, and staff evaluationsPerforming other duties as assigned while maintaining safety standards Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing program or equivalentAt least one year of registered nurse experienceValid RN license in relevant state, with BLS certification Physical And Professional Skills Strong communication, standing, walking, lifting, and visual acuityAbility to lift 0-50 lbs, move patients, and perform repetitive movementsAdaptability to various physical tasks and environments Key qualities: leadership, teamwork, clinical judgment, and safety awareness
