About the role

Join our team as a full-time, day shift Clinical Decision Unit Charge Registered Nurse in Topeka, Kansas. You will manage shift operations and ensure quality patient care under the supervision of the Nurse Manager.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between staff, patients, and families
• Perform patient and family assessments and develop care plans
• Delegate tasks and support nursing staff
• Supervise staff and monitor care quality
• Assist with admissions and procedures
• Mentor new associates
• Address patient care issues

Requirements

• 2-year degree in Nursing
• Current Kansas RN licensure
• BLS certification within 14 days of hire
• Unit-specific ACLS certification

Qualifications (Preferred)

• 4-year degree in Nursing
• Experience in similar healthcare settings
