Role: This position involves providing direct patient care in a high-acuity acute care setting within the surgery department. Responsibilities: Deliver top-of-scope nursing care, prioritize patient needs, contribute to quality improvement, and support a fast-paced, innovative clinical environment. The role includes working on specialty units with moderate to high patient acuity, following evidence-based care models and specialty certification standards. Qualifications & Skills: Candidates must have a nursing degree from an accredited program, an active RN license, at least one year of nursing experience, and BLS certification. A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required within three years of assuming the role. The position values teamwork, adaptability, and commitment to professional growth.
