About the role

The Charge Nurse leads direct patient care in a high-acuity acute care setting, utilizing nursing processes within a multidisciplinary team approach. This onsite role requires night shifts and involves overseeing patient safety, quality, and evidence-based practices.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Bachelor's Degree within three years of assuming the role
• Valid RN license
• At least one year of nursing experience
• BLS certification in good standing
