About the role
The Charge Nurse (RN) - Med Surg/Tele (2RN) Full Time Nights position at Manatee Memorial Hospital is a full-time night shift role.
Responsibilities
- Oversee patient care, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
- Coordinate care among nursing staff and other healthcare professionals.
- Assist with patient education and discharge planning.
- Manage inventory and supplies within assigned area.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
- Current RN license in Florida required.
- At least 1 year of clinical experience preferred.
- Experience in charge nurse role preferred.
Qualifications

- Knowledge of hospital policies and procedures.
