About the role
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality patient care, ensuring positive outcomes through compassionate and efficient nursing practices.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs and conditions to deliver appropriate care in the assigned unit.
- Develop individualized care plans based on medical history, diagnostics, and current status.
- Prepare and administer medications and treatments to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Reconcile medical records for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor patient responses to interventions and adjust care as needed to meet care goals.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for effective care planning.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s preferred.
- Minimum of one year of RN experience; clinical specialty experience preferred.
- Current RN license in North Carolina or a Compact state and BLS certification.
