RN - Med-Surg/Tele - Full-Time Nights

About the Role

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality, compassionate patient care to promote positive outcomes. Working under general supervision, the RN coordinates patient care through the nursing process and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and conditions to deliver appropriate nursing care.
• Analyze patient information to develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments to ensure comprehensive care.
• Reconcile medical records for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Evaluate patient responses to interventions and adjust care as needed.
• Collaborate with the care team for effective care planning.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• At least 1 year of nursing experience; clinical specialty experience preferred.
• Valid RN license in North Carolina or a Compact state.
• Current BLS certification from American Red Cross or AHA.
