Charge Nurse RN - Cardiac Care

Role Overview: Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a Cardiac Telemetry unit. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and analyze patient heart rhythms, interpret ECGs, identify arrhythmias, and respond to emergencies. Care for post-surgical cardiac patients, including those recovering from open heart surgeries, catheterizations, and device placements. Collaborate with cardiology providers to deliver evidence-based, high-level critical care outside of ICU. Qualifications & Skills: Graduation from an accredited Nursing program, current Missouri RN licensure, BLS certification, and ACLS within 6 months. Prior clinical experience and basic computer skills preferred. Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and leadership abilities are required.
