Role Overview: The Charge RN Cardiac Care is responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a specialized cardiac telemetry unit. They coordinate nursing functions, monitor patient conditions, interpret ECGs, and respond to emergencies. The role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, supporting staff through coaching and training, assisting with admissions and discharges, and participating in staff scheduling. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and evaluate nursing care to ensure optimal patient outcomes.Serve as a resource for staff and support an exceptional patient experience.Assist with admission/discharge processes and staff scheduling.Partner with leadership to improve care quality and service delivery.Provide coaching, feedback, and training to nursing staff. Qualifications & Skills Registered Nurse (RN) with a diploma or equivalent.Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification, obtained within 30 days.Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification, obtained within 30 days.Strong clinical knowledge, critical thinking, and ability to remain calm under pressure.
