Charge RN - Cardiac Care

Role Overview: The Charge RN Cardiac Care delivers high-quality, patient-centered care in a specialized cardiac telemetry unit. They coordinate all unit functions, monitor patient conditions, interpret ECGs, and respond to emergencies, supporting recovery from cardiac surgeries and procedures. Key Responsibilities: Partner with multidisciplinary teams to evaluate and customize care, assist with admissions and discharges, support improved patient outcomes, provide coaching and training to staff, and assist with staff scheduling. Qualifications & Skills: RN license with a Diploma, Basic and Advanced Cardiac Life Support certifications (obtained within 30 days of employment). Requires strong clinical knowledge, critical thinking, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Unit Details: Two 29-bed units specializing in cardiac patient care, including post-operative recovery and acute cardiac monitoring. The role involves collaboration with a dedicated team to enhance patient experiences and outcomes.
