This shift is for 3p-11p. As a Charge Nurse, you will change lives by ensuring the delivery of efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Delegate aspects of patient care to licensed and unlicensed staff consistent with their scope of practice.
• Manage patient care and collaborate with the nursing team and other disciplines, patients, and families to ensure the development of effective plans of care.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, college, or university with a current registered nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
• A minimum of two years full-time or equivalent clinical experience is required; a minimum of one year of clinical experience in long-term care nursing is preferred.
• Must maintain a current BLS/CPR certification (required for all SNFs and Behavioral Centers; ALFs/ILFs as required by State).

Posted Salary Range: USD $36.00 - USD $40.00 /Hr.
