Charge Nurse - Neuro PCU, Nights

Role Overview

Coordinates the delivery of high-quality nursing care across the patient lifecycle, managing operational issues during shifts. Provides clinical care as needed based on patient census. Acts as a resource for staff guidance, communication of patient care, departmental concerns, and staff issues to leadership.

• Support and guide nursing staff in clinical practices

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of a nursing program; Bachelor's preferred
• Minimum of 1 year hospital nursing experience; 2+ years preferred
• Valid RN license and multistate licensure
• BCLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, PEARS, Chemotherapy/Biotherapy certifications
• Additional specialty certifications as applicable
• Strong communication, clinical, and leadership skills

This role requires a licensed, experienced nurse capable of providing clinical expertise, coordinating care, and supporting staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
