Charge Nurse - PCU - Nights
About the role
The RN - Charge Nurse is proficient in the care of a patient population utilizing effective managerial skills. They act as a professional role model for other members of the nursing team and are responsible for developing self and team members and sharing organizational information. The Charge Nurse also performs the role of preceptor and charge nurse.
Responsibilities
- Proficient in the care of a patient population utilizing effective managerial skills

Requirements
- Registered Nurse license
- BLS
- 2 years RN acute care experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- ICU Experience
- PREFERRED: 1 year Leadership experience
