About the role
This role involves coordinating and delivering high-quality nursing care across patient lifecycles and managing operational issues during shifts. You will provide clinical support as needed, communicate effectively with staff and leadership, and serve as a resource for guidance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Promote safety and practice ethically
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure quality care
- Maintain current certifications within specified timeframes
- Integrate evidence-based practices into care delivery
- Contribute to quality nursing standards
Requirements
- Recognized nursing degree (preferred bachelor’s degree)
- At least one year of hospital nursing experience
- RN licensure in Georgia or multistate licensure
- Certifications: BCLS, ACLS, PALS, Chemotherapy/Biotherapy, NRP, PEARS, and others depending on specialty
- Specialized certifications based on area of practice (e.g., Emergency Department, Cardiac Tele, Critical Care, Pediatrics, Surgical Services, Women's Services)
