Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school; Bachelor's preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year hospital nursing experience; 2+ years preferred.
- Valid RN licensure and multistate licensure (NLC/eNCL).
- Required certifications include BCLS, ACLS, PALS, Chemotherapy/Biotherapy, NRP, PEARS, and specialty-specific credentials.
- Additional certifications based on unit (e.g., TNCC, ENPC, PEARS, etc.) within specified timeframes.
- Strong knowledge of assessment, care planning, evidence-based practice, and effective communication.
- Ability to collaborate, lead, and practice ethically within diverse environments.
