About the Role
Responsible for coordinating delivery of quality nursing care across all age groups and managing operational issues during shifts. Provides direct clinical care as needed based on patient census, communicates patient care updates, departmental concerns, and staff issues to leadership, and serves as a resource and guidance for staff.
Qualifications
- Graduate of a nursing program
- Minimum of one year of hospital nursing experience
- Current Georgia Registered Nurse license or NLC/eNLC Multistate License
- BLS certification
Preferred qualifications:
- Two or more years of hospital experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Advanced specialty certification
- Demonstrated clinical competency
