Charge Nurse - MedSurg/Nursing Units, Night Shift

About the Role

Join our team as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a specialized Surgery and Neuro unit, providing holistic, patient-centered care in a modern, technology-equipped environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage patients post-surgery, including general surgeries and hysterectomies
• Provide care for neuro diagnoses such as TIA, stroke, and seizures
• Utilize bedside documentation devices and collaborate with tele-neuro consults and rounding
• Contribute to high-quality patient outcomes within a supportive team environment
• Provide compassionate, comprehensive care for diverse patient needs
• Use advanced technology to enhance patient services
• Participate in clinical research and ongoing professional development

Requirements

• Graduate of a nursing program with at least one year of hospital experience (two or more preferred)
• Current RN license in the state or multistate license, BLS certification
• Clinical competency and demonstrated expertise in acute care

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and specialty certifications are a plus.
