Charge Nurse - MedSurg, Night Shift

The role involves coordinating the delivery of high-quality nursing care for patients across all age groups and managing operational issues during shifts. Responsibilities include providing clinical care as needed based on census demands, communicating patient care, departmental issues, and staff concerns to leadership, and serving as a resource and guidance for staff. Qualifications Include a Graduate from an accredited nursing school (Bachelor's preferred)At least 1 year of hospital nursing experience (2+ preferred)Valid RN license in Georgia or multistate licensureRequired certifications: BCLS, ACLS, PALS, Chemotherapy/Biotherapy, NRP, PEARS, and specialty certifications as applicableAdditional certifications such as advanced specialty credentials are preferred
