About the Role

This is an onsite ICU Registered Nurse position in a technically complex environment, focusing on direct patient care utilizing the nursing process within a multidisciplinary team. The role emphasizes evidence-based practice, patient safety, and quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-of-scope nursing care in ICU, supporting complex clinical needs.
• Model proficiency and mentor new healthcare professionals.
• Participate in safety and quality initiatives at the point of care.
• Support clinical education and competency validation.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with current RN licensure.
• Minimum of 6 months ICU experience or completion of a specialized fellowship.
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Strong clinical skills, teamwork, and commitment to evidence-based practice.
