About the role
This role involves coordinating the delivery of high-quality nursing care for patients across all life stages and managing operational issues during shifts.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical care as needed
- Communicate patient and departmental concerns to leadership
- Serve as a resource for staff guidance and support
- Collect and analyze patient data
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Coordinate care delivery
- Evaluate outcomes
- Practice safely and responsibly to promote health and safety
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school (bachelor's degree preferred)
- At least 1 year of hospital nursing experience (2+ years preferred)
Licenses and Certifications
- Current RN licensure
- BCLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
- Chemotherapy/Biotherapy certification
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
- Additional certifications relevant to specialty areas such as Women's Services, Emergency, Critical Care, Pediatric, and Surgical Services
