About the role

Aurora-Brule Care & Rehab in White Lake, South Dakota is seeking a Charge Nurse to join their team. The ideal candidate will be caring, compassionate, and capable of providing care to individuals who cannot care for themselves.

Responsibilities

• Oversee patient care and ensure compliance with healthcare standards
• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
• Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes to medical staff
• Manage patient records and ensure confidentiality
• Ensure the cleanliness and safety of patient living areas
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare providers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Current RN license in South Dakota
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
• Experience in long-term care or rehabilitation settings preferred
