The Chaplain Resident provides spiritual and emotional support to patients, their families, guests, and staff. They engage in an action-reflection, process model of education focusing on professional competency and pastoral identity.
Responsibilities
- Provide spiritual and emotional support to patients, families, guests, and staff.

- Participate in on-call duty rotation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Master's Degree in Theology, Divinity, Spirituality, Pastoral Ministry or relevant religious studies preferred
Qualifications
- Chaplaincy board certifying organizations
Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to build relationships with diverse populations
- Proficiency in pastoral care techniques

Pay
The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. The base pay range is $25.00 - $33.17.
Schedule
This position is Full-time and works 8-hour, Day shifts.
