The Ministry Services Department at Baptist Beaches is seeking a Full Time Chaplain CPE Educator.

Responsibilities

• Oversees CPE residents and interns
• Facilitates and teaches CPE units for all levels
• Collaborates with CPE faculty to develop and implement CPE curriculum and programs
• Serves on specialty & hospital committees
• Provides Spiritual Care & Counseling, religious resources, support groups, and education for patients, patients' families, hospital staff, and physicians
• Develops efficient follow-up support plans for patients and their families
• Responds to referrals from nurses, physicians, and local faith leaders

Requirements

• ACPE Certified Educator
• Education Requirement: Any Masters level degree must be accredited by the Council for Higher Education and have a minimum of 72 hours
• Chaplain/Clergy Experience: 1-2 years required
• Chaplain Resident Experience: 1-2 years required
• Supervisory Fellow Experience: 3-5 years required
