Chaplain Lead, Baptist Beaches

Job Duties

• Provide Pastoral Care and Counseling
• Offer religious resources and support groups
• Respond to referrals from nurses, physicians, and local clergy
• Aid and collaborate with pastoral care staff, residents, students, and volunteers
• Develop efficient follow-up support plans for patients and their families

Experience Requirements

• 3-5 Years Chaplain/Clergy Experience Required
• 1-2 years CPE Residency Required
• Board Certified Chaplain (BCC) Required
• National Association of Jewish Chaplains (NAJC) Required
• National Association of Catholic Chaplains (NACC) Required

Education & Credential Requirements

• Master of Divinity
• Master of Pastoral Counseling or Related Degree
