Qualifications
- Graduate of accredited seminary or school of theology or appropriate certification in pastoral ministry
- Ability to be open, flexible and ecumenical
Job Duties
- Participate in IDT meetings & assist the IDT in evaluating and assessing patients and/or family spiritual needs
- Maintain proper records of visits as determined by the guidelines and regulations of hospice services
- Arrange for on-call availability of Chaplain services
- Work with staff, clergy and community groups to enhance their sensitivity to the spiritual concerns of patients and families
