Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical leader for the channel partner
- Collaborate on business plans aligning with strategic objectives
- Provide pre-sales technical support including demos and solution design
- Identify opportunities to expand partnerships with sales teams
- Conduct technical training sessions for partner proficiency
- Aid partner with technical issues during and post-implementation
- Maintain detailed records of partner interactions and sales pipeline
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Partner Solution Consulting or pre-sales engineering within technology
- Expertise in Networking, Cybersecurity, or Cloud Security solutions
- Strong understanding of channel sales models and experience with resellers
- Experience in selling and managing SaaS offerings preferred
- Proficient communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Hands-on experience with installations and troubleshooting
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience preferred
