Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary technical leader for the channel partner
  • Collaborate on business plans aligning with strategic objectives
  • Provide pre-sales technical support including demos and solution design
  • Identify opportunities to expand partnerships with sales teams
  • Conduct technical training sessions for partner proficiency
  • Aid partner with technical issues during and post-implementation
  • Maintain detailed records of partner interactions and sales pipeline

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in Partner Solution Consulting or pre-sales engineering within technology
  • Expertise in Networking, Cybersecurity, or Cloud Security solutions
  • Strong understanding of channel sales models and experience with resellers
  • Experience in selling and managing SaaS offerings preferred
  • Proficient communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Hands-on experience with installations and troubleshooting
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience preferred
