About the role

Tekmetric is seeking a Channel Partner Manager to join our dynamic team in Atlanta, Georgia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in partner sales and a passion for driving growth in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

  • Directly manage and nurture existing partnerships to enhance Tekmetric's market presence and customer satisfaction
  • Evaluate strategic and economic opportunities with partners and prioritize efforts based on potential impact
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, sales, and product to execute on sales strategies and deal structures
  • Build and maintain key relationships with C-level executives and orchestrate appropriate executive touchpoints
  • Contribute to shaping Tekmetric's platform partnership strategy and developing scalable engagement models

Requirements

  • A consistent track record as a top-performing partner sales professional
  • 2+ years of partner sales experience preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in the automotive service industry preferred
  • An analytical mindset to drive strong commercial outcomes for both Tekmetric and partners
  • A high level of energy, creativity, enthusiasm, initiative, commitment, and professionalism
  • A strong aptitude for building rapport with prospects
  • Solid organizational, logistical, and planning skills
  • Ability and flexibility to travel frequently
  • Previous experience in SaaS and presenting to smaller audiences preferred

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience with CRM tools and partner management systems
  • Understanding of the automotive industry and its challenges

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay

Base salary with a competitive commission structure, depending on performance and territory.
