Channel Partner Manager
About the Role
Responsible for the achievement of Territory Sales Quota, managing manufacturer representatives and developing distributors, controlling expenses while contributing to ZOLL's profitability. Cover assigned territory calling on distributors in industrial, manufacturing, and safety environments, along with office supply, state government, and police agencies to build relationships, train sales representatives, and drive sales of portable defibrillators.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales hardware and disposable sales quotas as assigned.
- Maintain short-range and long-term plans for developing sales in the assigned territory, including an annual business plan.
- Uncover new business opportunities and maintain an adequate pipeline of potential sales to meet territory sales expectations.
- Provide required in-service education to customers.
- Maintain daily organized account records, including account profiles, using Salesforce.com (account records are the property of ZOLL Medical Corporation).
- Provide various reports as required by management, including expense reports on a weekly basis, monthly and quarterly forecasts.
- Maintain and track demo and evaluation inventory; ensure equipment is in good working order. Each Territory Manager is financially responsible for assigned equipment.
- Attend trade shows and other projects as assigned.
Requirements
- College degree preferred.
- 2-5 years of distribution experience, preferably in the industrial/safety market.

Pay
The "at plan" compensation (Base Salary + Variable Incentive Compensation) for this position is $285,000.00, which includes a base salary of $65,000.00 and commission in accordance with the company's sales compensation plan.
