We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use

for each heading. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. Do not repeat job title as heading. Do not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. Include only sections with real content. We need to parse the posting. Key content: - About the role: description: "Become a part of our caring community The Channel Development Lead defines the sales product strategy for single or multiple lines of business targeting specific markets and/or business segments. The Channel Development Lead works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial." - Job Duties: many bullet-like sentences. We need to list them as

    • . - "As a Channel Development Lead, you will:" then bullet list. - Required Qualifications: list. - Preferred Qualifications: list. - Work at Home Requirements: maybe part of Requirements? Could be separate? Not a standard heading but could be part of Requirements or maybe "Work at Home Requirements" not in list of allowed headings; we could fold into Requirements or maybe "Qualifications". The instruction: Use headings only for those listed; we can include other content under appropriate headings. So we can put Work at Home Requirements under Requirements or maybe under a generic "Requirements" heading. - Travel: mention occasional travel. - Scheduled Weekly Hours 40: that's schedule. - Pay Range: $115,200 - $158,400 per year; mention bonus incentive plan. - Description Of Benefits: list benefits. - Application Deadline: maybe not needed? It's metadata; could be folded into a short p or dropped. Probably we can include as a short p under maybe "About the role"? Better to drop or minor metadata. - About Us: description of Humana; could be part of About the role? Might be separate but not a standard heading; we could include under About the role as prose. - Equal Opportunity Employer: boilerplate to remove. Thus sections: - About the role: combine initial description + About Us description. - Responsibilities: combine Job Duties and "As a Channel Development Lead, you will:" items. - Requirements: include Required Qualifications, Work at Home Requirements, Travel maybe. - Qualifications: maybe Preferred Qualifications? Actually we have Required Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications. Could combine under Requirements and Qualifications? The headings list includes both Requirements and Qualifications. So we can put Required Qualifications under Requirements, Preferred Qualifications under Qualifications. - Skills: maybe we can extract skills from qualifications? Could list skills like SQL, data visualization, etc. But we already have them in qualifications. Could create Skills section listing technical skills: SQL, data visualization tools, big data analysis, etc. But we must not invent; we can pull from Required Qualifications: "Experience with SQL and data visualization tools", "Advanced experience working with big and complex data sets", "Experience analyzing data to solve a wide variety of business problems and create data visualizations", "Proficiency in understanding Healthcare related data", "Proficiency in verbal/written communication to senior and executive leadership", "Ability to present to executive leadership". Also Preferred: "Bachelor's Degree", "PMP Certification", "Active or previous health license for Medicare", "Experience training and/or coaching professional", "Strong business acumen", "Knowledge of Sales Force and/or Smartsheet". Could put those under Skills. - Benefits: list benefits. - Pay: pay range and bonus. - Schedule: scheduled weekly hours 40. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not include application instructions; we have Application Deadline maybe we can drop or put as minor metadata p. We must not include cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Remove Equal Opportunity Employer. Now craft HTML. Structure:

But nested ul inside li may be okay but maybe better to keep as separate li with subpoints? Could flatten: just list all responsibilities as li, including the "As a Channel Development Lead, you will:" as a li then sub-items as li? Might be messy. Simpler: keep as separate li for each bullet, and treat the "As a Channel Development Lead, you will:" as a heading? Not allowed. Could incorporate those four items as li directly. Thus we can list all duties as li, including those four. Let's compile all duty sentences: From Job Duties paragraph sentences (each ends with period). We'll split: 1. Develops key performance indicators to drive sales program effectiveness and to ensure cost efficiencies. 2. Provide data driven expertise and management reporting to improve sales performance and increase market share. 3. Develop go to market strategies and identify new business opportunities to increase overall sales portfolio. 4. Identify key areas of improvement through trend and utilization analysis. 5. Collaborate closely with business leaders, marketing and finance to ensure effective, strategic, and competitive sales plans. 6. Advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance. 7. Solves complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources to provide insight to decision-makers. 8. Describes the tools, technologies, applications and practices used to collect, integrate, analyze, and present an organization's raw data in order to create insightful and actionable business information. 9. Generates ad hoc reports and regular datasets or reports information for end-users using system tools and database or data warehouse queries and scripts. 10. Integrates data from multiple sources to produce requested or required data elements. 11. Programs and maintains report forms and formats, information dashboards, data generators, canned reports, and other end-user information portals or resources. 12. May create specifications for reports based on business requests. 13. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision, uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action. Then "As a Channel Development Lead, you will:" items: 14. Be the first touchpoint for product leader data needs, responsible for identifying solutions both home-grown and in partnership with other data and analytic teams, including our own data science team. 15. Lead the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of measurement strategies used to move our business forward and elevate our OKRs in the right direction. 16. Both present and prepare product leaders to present insights on their teams and programs leading to improvement, operational efficiency, and trend savings. 17. Support data and report process efficiency including through automation, documentation, and best practices, delivering consistent look-and-feel to end-users. We'll include all as li. Now Requirements section: Required Qualifications list. List each as li. - 8 or more years of experience in reporting, data and analytics - 2 or more years of business facing experience - Experience with SQL and data visualization tools - Advanced experience working with big and complex data sets within large organizations - Experience analyzing data to solve a wide variety of business problems and create data visualizations that drive strategic direction - Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and translate requirements between business, project management and technical projects or programs - Proficiency in understanding Healthcare related data - Proficiency in verbal/written communication to senior and executive leadership - Ability to present to executive leadership Also Work at Home Requirements: maybe include as li: - Minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps (wireless, wired cable or DSL suggested) - Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information Travel: occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required. Could still create Skills section listing those skills explicitly. However we must not invent; we can extract from Required Qualifications: SQL, data visualization tools, big and complex data sets, data analysis, data visualizations, healthcare data, verbal/written communication, presentation to executive leadership. Also from Preferred: PMP, health license, training/coaching, business acumen, Sales Force, Smartsheet. We'll create Skills section with those.
