Channel Development Lead
- .
Then "As a Channel Development Lead, you will:" with bullet-like sentences.
Then "Required Qualifications Use your skills to make an impact" then list of qualifications.
Then "Preferred Qualifications" list.
Then "Work at Home Requirements:" with internet speed etc. That's maybe part of Requirements or maybe separate? Not a standard heading; we could include under Requirements or maybe as a separate section? The instruction says use headings for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we can map content accordingly.
We have "Scheduled Weekly Hours 40" -> Schedule.
Pay Range: "$115,200 - $158,400 per year" plus bonus info.
Benefits: description of benefits.
We also have "Application Deadline: 09-22-2026" - that's application instruction, should be removed.
"About Us About Humana:" - that's company description, maybe not needed? It's not a required heading but could be considered "About the role"? Probably not needed; we can omit as it's not part of role specifics? The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. The "About Us" is substantive but not about the role; but we could include under "About the role"? Might be considered boilerplate? It's not cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. It's about the company. Might be okay to include as part of About the role? But the instruction says use headings for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, etc. So we could put company description under About the role as well. However, the first paragraph already is about the role. Could add more.
We must not include EEO boilerplate (the long equal opportunity statement). Must remove that.
Also remove "Application Deadline". Also remove "Work at Home Requirements:"? It's substantive about remote work requirements; could be placed under Requirements or maybe as a separate section? Not in list of headings but we could incorporate into Requirements or maybe as a separate "Work Arrangement" but not allowed. Probably include under Requirements (or maybe as a separate paragraph under Requirements). Since we must not invent headings, we can just include that info as a
under Requirements or maybe under a generic
after Required Qualifications. We need to decide sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have qualifications split into Required and Preferred. Could combine under Requirements (or Qualifications). The instruction says use headings like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. So we could have a "Requirements" section for required qualifications, and a "Qualifications" section for preferred? Or we could have "Required Qualifications" under Requirements and "Preferred Qualifications" under Qualifications. But we need to avoid duplication. Better: Use "Requirements" for required qualifications, and "Qualifications" for preferred qualifications. Also we have "Skills" maybe we can extract skill-related items: experience with SQL, data visualization tools, big data sets, analyzing data, cross-functional teams, healthcare data, communication, presentation, etc. Those are qualifications though. Could put them under Skills. But we must not create thin sections. Perhaps combine Required Qualifications and Skills into one "Requirements" section, and Preferred Qualifications into "Qualifications". Or we could have "Requirements" (required), "Preferred Qualifications" (as Qualifications), and maybe not separate Skills. Let's see the content: Required Qualifications list: - 8 or more years of experience in reporting, data and analytics - 2 or more years of business facing experience - Experience with SQL and data visualization tools - Advanced experience working with big and complex data sets within large organizations - Experience analyzing data to solve a wide variety of business problems and create data visualizations that drive strategic direction - Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and translate requirements between business, project management and technical projects or programs - Proficiency in understanding Healthcare related data - Proficiency in verbal/written communication to senior and executive leadership - Ability to present to executive leadership Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree - PMP Certification - Active or previous health license for Medicare - Experience training and/or coaching professional - Strong business acumen - Knowledge of Sales Force and/or Smartsheet We also have Work at Home Requirements: - internet speed min 25 Mbps down, 10 Mbps up; wireless, wired cable or DSL suggested. - May need upgrade. - Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information. Travel: occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required. Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Pay Range: $115,200 - $158,400 per year; bonus incentive plan based on company/individual performance. Benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k), time off (PTO, holidays, parental/caregiver leave), short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, many other opportunities. Now we need to output HTML fragment with sections. We'll produce:
