About the role
The KLA Services team in Milpitas, CA is seeking a Change Strategy & Execution Specialist. This role applies Prosci's 3-Phase Process to develop change approaches, supports executive sponsors, engages stakeholders, tracks readiness and adoption metrics, and ensures integration with program delivery.
Responsibilities
- Apply Prosci's 3-Phase Process to develop change approaches
- Leverage established decision forums, standards, templates, and guardrails that integrate with project/program management
- Diagnose Awareness/Desire/Knowledge/Ability/Reinforcement needs and translate insights into targeted communications, training, coaching, and reinforcement plans
- Support executive sponsors in performing the ABCs of Sponsorship (Active & visible participation, Build coalitions, Communicate directly)
- Craft leader-led messaging and people-manager toolkits for impacted audiences
- Manage feedback loops and resistance strategies aligned to ADKAR barrier analysis
- Track people-side success metrics (readiness, adoption, usage, proficiency, reinforcement) and contribute to dashboards and insights that inform decision-making and benefit realization
- Partner with project managers to align milestones, risks, cutover, hypercare, and sustainment
- Equip people managers with coaching plans and accountability to reinforce behavior change
- After go-live, measure adoption, identify gaps, and recommend reinforcement and corrective actions to secure long-term results
Requirements
- Practiced change practitioner fluent in Prosci 3-Phase Process
- Strong collaborator comfortable contributing to priority discussions and working with senior stakeholders
- Effective communicator skilled at simplifying complex change for varied audiences
- Analytical problem-solver skilled at pattern recognition, barrier identification, and data-driven interventions
- Organized and detail-oriented; solid facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
Qualifications
- 5 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree; or 3 years with a master's
- Experience supporting executive sponsorship and contributing to sponsor coalitions
- 3+ years supporting enterprise-scale change programs within cross-functional teams
- Prosci Certified Change Practitioner (required or strongly preferred)
- Proficiency with change and project tools (e.g., M365, SharePoint, Planner, Project, Teams, ClickUp)
- Experience tracking adoption KPIs and contributing to benefit realization reporting

Pay
Base Pay Range: $89,600.00 - $152,300.00 Annually
