Change Management Practitioner

Responsibilities

• Develop targeted communications and training materials
• Deliver training via classroom or virtual forums
• Support other organizational change management activities as needed
• Aid in coaching project teams
• Support communication efforts, training efforts, engage senior leaders and define organizational roles and responsibilities
• Cook up efforts with other specialists
• Evaluate and ensure user readiness

Here's what you need:

• 3 years of experience supporting Change Management activities with federal agencies

Bonus points if you have:

• 5 years of experience supporting Change Management activities with federal agencies
• Experience in engaging stakeholders
• Experience drafting monthly newsletters
• Experience drafting training material
• Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
• Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable and work in ambiguous situations
• Forward-looking with a holistic approach

Security Clearance

Active TS/SCI clearance is required

Pay

The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland is: $111,900 - $145,100 USD
