Change Management Specialist

About the role
Lead change management initiatives that support the successful adoption of new technologies, workflows, and operational processes across the organization.
- Partner with radiologists, operations teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to assess impacts, drive engagement, and ensure successful implementation of enterprise initiatives.
- Develop change communications, playbooks, process documentation, and educational resources that promote awareness, alignment, and long-term adoption.
- Utilize adoption metrics, stakeholder feedback, and data-driven insights to measure effectiveness, mitigate risks, and continuously improve change strategies.
- Support large-scale organizational initiatives by coordinating implementations, managing stakeholder readiness, and traveling up to 20-25% as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; Change Management and/or PMP certification preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in Change Management, Organizational Development, or Project Management leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of change management principles, stakeholder engagement, project coordination, and data-driven decision making in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence diverse teams and drive organizational adoption.
- Experience with AI-enabled tools; knowledge of radiology workflows, PACS, RIS, or healthcare operations preferred.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $70,000-$80,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
