Qualifications
10+ years of OCM experience supporting large, complex programs
Strong stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills
Experience developing integrated OCM strategies and end-user readiness plans
Familiarity with Maximo is a plus
Skills
Drive program-wide OCM alignment across multiple technology and process initiatives
Define and govern the integrated OCM strategy, success metrics, and risk approach
Cookordination communications across workstreams to ensure a cohesive end-user experience
Conduct stakeholder, impact, and change saturation assessments
Build and execute the OCM, communications, and engagement plan
Lead tactical OCM delivery, including comms, training coordination, and enablement
Monitor program-level OCM activities to reduce change fatigue and maintain alignment
