Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance business performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions to business challenges
• Lead project teams through various stages of development and deployment
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to inform decision-making

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in software development or project management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++
• Experience with database management systems like MySQL or MongoDB
• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
