Major Duties

  • Develop and execute communication and change management plans supporting customer, operational, technology, and enterprise transformation initiatives.
  • Partner with project teams, business leaders, training teams, and stakeholders to identify communication needs, risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
  • Create and deliver communications for employees, leaders, customers, and external stakeholders across channels such as email, intranet, SharePoint, social media, presentations, web content, and print.
  • Prepare executive communications, leader talking points, FAQs, toolkits, change champion resources, and employee readiness materials.
  • Serve as a communications and change management advisor to business partners and project teams.
  • Build strong relationships with leaders, subject matter experts, operational teams, training teams, and external partners.
  • Support stakeholder engagement, leadership engagement, and change champion activities to drive awareness and adoption.
  • Care for readiness activities, surveys, listening sessions, and feedback collection efforts.
  • Analyze employee feedback and engagement data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Develop reports and dashboards to measure communication effectiveness, stakeholder engagement, and adoption efforts.
  • Maintain communication systems, SharePoint sites, collaboration tools, and communication repositories.
  • Ensure communications are timely, audience-focused, aligned with organizational objectives, and consistent with brand standards and values.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in communications, change management, employee engagement, or marketing.
  • Experience supporting large-scale technology, operational, or customer-facing transformations.
  • Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and stakeholder engagement practices.
  • Experience supporting employee readiness, adoption, and communications planning.
  • Experience creating executive-level communications, presentations, FAQs, and messaging materials.
  • Experience facilitating workshops, meetings, stakeholder sessions, or change champion networks.
  • Ability to communicate clearly across multiple channels and audiences.
  • Utility industry experience preferred.

  • Rate: $46.90/hour
  • W2 Contract
  • Worksite Location: Remote in CST or EST
  • Remote Contract Length: 2 Years
