Change and Configuration Management Engineer

Xcelerate Solutions is seeking a Change and Configuration Management Engineer to support CyberPRIMES cybersecurity, privacy, records and information management, and related enterprise support for DHRA, including DMDC and OUSD(P&R). Responsibilities

• Develop and recommend enterprise-level change-management and configuration-management directives and guidance.
• Assess system-owner compliance with DHRA cybersecurity program requirements and applicable DoD policies.
• Review change and configuration activities for security impact, consistency, completeness, and alignment with approved baselines.
• Socialize findings, track implementation and corrective actions, and escalate noncompliance to the Government.
• Develop visualizations and recurring compliance reporting and identify opportunities to streamline and automate review processes.
• Analyze the effect of proposed changes, prepare required change documentation, coordinate change reporting, and verify adherence to configuration-management procedures and policies.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in the area of specialty.
• Four to seven years of experience in the field or a related area.
• Must be U.S. Citizen
• A Secret clearance is required when the assigned duties require classified information or SIPRNet access.
