Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain configuration management plans and procedures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system configurations align with project goals
• Perform configuration audits and assessments to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to configuration management
• Support software development lifecycle processes to maintain accurate and up-to-date configuration records

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in configuration management or related field
• Experience with configuration management tools such as CMDB, Change Management Systems, and version control systems like Git
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance
• Experience with ITIL or similar IT service management frameworks
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices

Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira or Microsoft Project
• Understanding of data security and confidentiality protocols

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually
