About the role

Champion Home Builders in Benton, Ky, is seeking 10 new team members. The bonus program is performance-based and starts at $16.50 per hour, with potential increases based on skillset. Applications are accepted daily from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Perform all manual labor in the assigned area
• Keep the work area neat and clean
• Read and use a tape measure
• Read blueprints and order materials
• Communicate effectively with coworkers
• Use hand tools, air tools, and electrical tools

Qualifications

• Less than high school education or up to one month related experience
• Previous experience in manufacturing/modular housing preferred

Physical Demands

• Regularly stand, use hands to finger, handle, or feel
• Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, occasionally more than 100 pounds
• Regularly use close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception
• Must be able to adjust focus
