Key Responsibilities

• Business Co-Pilot & Strategic Partner
• Drive the long-range and annual strategic planning processes
• Own the financial narrative by providing robust financial analysis
• Lead the financial narrative by guiding financially sound decision-making
• Develop financial scenarios and investment frameworks
• Provide financial leadership on commercial and operational decisions
• Manage the financial risk of commodity price volatility
• Ensure governance and compliance across segments and regions
• Partner with leaders in Integrated Intelligence, Retail, Marketing, Sales and external tech partners
• Lead the financial evaluation and prioritization of all major capital investments
• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management
• Provide strategic oversight of real estate deals and other procurement categories

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading finance in a global retail, CPG, or direct-to-consumer environment with full P&L responsibility
• Exceptional executive presence and storytelling skills
• Ability to influence and drive change in highly matrixed organizations
• Excellent communication and senior level stakeholder management capabilities
• BS/BA degree is required
• MBA is highly desirable

Pay

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between USD 252,000.00 - USD 346,500.00.
