CFO
Responsibilities
- Prepare financial statements, strong GL, Month end close
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Conduct budget analysis
- Prepare journal entries and bank recs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making
- Work with outside CPA firm on Audits and Taxes
- Work with banks for financing, maintaining strong banking relationships
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial management
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Proficiency in financial software and systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to communicate financial information effectively
Additional Information
The CFO will also handle strategic financial planning, forecasting, and financial analysis, and will be responsible for auditing and ethics. They will manage proprietary and confidential information with confidentiality.
The CFO will present financial report analysis and preparation oversight to the Board or management and serve as a resource to senior management, acting as an extension of the management team.
The CFO will actively engage the organization and handle financial management and reporting work with Medicaid.
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification are preferred qualifications.
The salary range for this position is USD250000 - USD310000 per year, and the work schedule is 5 days in office.
