CFO
Responsibilities
- Lead financial reporting, monthly close, general ledger activity, and account reconciliations.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial planning.
- Manage inventory, costing, manufacturing variances, and job cost accounting through the ERP system.
- Partner with leadership to provide reporting, analysis, and insights for business decisions.
- Maintain internal controls and support audit, tax, compliance, and banking requirements.
- Oversee contract compliance activities, including government contracting requirements where applicable.
- Support loan negotiations, bank reporting, and special projects.
- Lead and develop the finance and accounting function.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- At least 7 years of progressive financial leadership experience, ideally within manufacturing.
- Demonstrated knowledge of job costing, month-end close, and financial oversight in a product-based business.
- Experience supporting banking relationships, financing activities, and lender reporting requirements.
- Ability to negotiate effectively and communicate financial concepts clearly to senior leadership.
- Proficiency in analyzing operational and financial data to support strategic decision-making.
