Salary: $270,000-$300,000 + Bonuses

Responsibilities

• Lead all finance, accounting, FP&A, forecasting, and reporting functions
• Serve as the strategic financial advisor to the President & COO
• Oversee land development, homebuilding, and land acquisition finance
• Evaluate investments, acquisitions, and capital allocation decisions
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and financial modeling
• Build scalable processes, controls, and reporting capabilities
• Develop and mentor finance and accounting team

Requirements

• Master's degree required
• CPA preferred
• 10+ years of finance leadership experience in land development, homebuilding, and/or land acquisition
• Experience leading finance for complex, multi-entity organizations
• Strong leadership, communication, and business partnering skills
• Must be willing to work onsite
