Responsibilities

• Lead the finance function of a multi-site services business, driving transformation and professionalization
• Oversee inorganic growth through acquisitions, including integration and rebranding efforts
• Scale the business to $300mm+ within 4-5 years

Requirements

• 15-30 years of experience in finance leadership roles
• Prior experience as the #1 financial leader of a $50-100mm PE-backed services business or #2 financial leader of a larger PE-backed services business
• Solid accounting and finance foundation
• Private equity experience required
• M&A integration experience required
