About the role

Serve as a key member of the Executive Leadership team, acting as a strategic business partner to the CEO. Assume full and overall responsibility for the company's financial strategy, financial operations, and accounting functions. Oversee treasury, budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and financial planning initiatives. Drive strategic and tactical decision-making to monitor and manage the company's profitability, liquidity, cash flow, and working capital.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field
• Demonstrated financial leadership experience managing a manufacturing business of $500 million or more
