About the role

CFO Services provides part-time, outsourced CFO solutions designed to help businesses of all sizes manage their finances effectively without the need for full-time in-house CFOs. Our services are tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, ensuring that you receive the guidance and support you need to achieve your financial goals.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, or annual financial statements
• Financial forecasting
• Accounts payable and receivable management
• Guidance for increasing cash flow and improving profitability
• Strategic tax planning
• Tax compliance (sales use and payroll taxes)
• Set up an accounting system and controls

Requirements

We seek candidates with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or a related field. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of financial regulations are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software is required.

Qualifications

Our CFOs must hold a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. CPA certification is preferred but not mandatory. Previous experience working with small to medium-sized businesses is highly desirable.
