About the role
The CFO will provide financial oversight and support to the organization.
Responsibilities
- Oversee financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Manage financial resources to ensure efficient use and compliance with policies
- Collaborate with the board of directors to make informed financial decisions
- Ensure accurate and timely financial statements are prepared and distributed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of finance experience, preferably in a non-profit setting
- CPA certification preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience with financial software and systems
- Knowledge of non-profit accounting standards and regulations
