Certified Workday Financials Consultant

Location: Baltimore, MD (Remote – must be located in USA; local to Baltimore preferred). Long-term contract.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience designing, developing, and testing Workday financial integrations between Workday and other systems.
• Strong experience with the Workday Financials module, including data flow, data integrations, and data conversion concepts.
• Strong experience with Workday Financials reporting.
• Workday Partner certifications; must be willing to transfer certifications or attend certification exams before project start (Pro-Certification holders must complete exams prior).
• Minimum 2–3 full-lifecycle Workday projects.
• Certification in Workday Data Conversion or Advanced Data Conversion is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design integrations between systems, including point-to-point and interchange services.
• Identify and solve complex business problems related to Workday integrations.
• Lead the design, build, and testing of Workday integration code bases.
• Manage the integration development process, ensuring timelines and quality.
• Collaborate with clients to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues; provide technical support.
• Document integration processes and provide training to end-users.

Roles

• Workday Financials Integration Lead: Design integrations, solve business problems, and manage the integration development process.
• Workday Integration Analyst: Integrate Workday with third-party systems such as banking, payroll, and HR.
