About the Role
A Certified Surgical Technologist III supports surgical procedures through preparation, assistance, and monitoring in a high-acuity environment.
Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain the surgical suite with instruments, supplies, and advanced equipment for safe procedures
- Assist with patient transport, positioning, prepping, and draping, ensuring comfort and safety
- Partner with the surgical team by providing instruments, handling specimens, and anticipating needs
- Monitor patients and equipment during surgeries, responding promptly to concerns
- Uphold sterile techniques, facilitate room turnover, and support team collaboration
Requirements
- Certified Surgical Technologist certification required
- One or more years of experience in a higher acuity surgical setting
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 7 days of employment
